With a webinar audience exceeding 350 participants, Burke partner Deirdre Joan Cox and associate Tamar M. Burke delivered an insightful analysis and evaluation of the impact of the highly followed SCOTUS decision in Grants Pass v. Johnson pertaining to municipal anti-camping ordinances and the homeless.  Joan and Tamar covered the evolution of anti-camping ordinance enforcement and litigation in the U.S. and in California.  Their one-hour presentation included recommendations for structuring anti-camping ordinances in the wake of the Grants Pass decision.  The ‘Grants Pass v.
