Tiffiny M. Walls-Fox is an experienced civil litigator and trial lawyer who takes an entrepreneurial and efficient approach to helping clients resolve their most daunting legal challenges. In her career, she has first or second chaired five trials, including three jury trials. In her most recent trial, Tiffiny secured a defense verdict within 45 minutes of deliberation after a three week jury trial. Tiffiny has successfully negotiated hundreds of litigated and non-litigated matters, involving business disputes, general liability, products liability, premises liability, wrongful death, and catastrophic injury cases.
Tiffiny’s practice consists of performing Examinations under Oath in tandem with the special investigations unit for insurance carriers, advising and representing businesses in transactional and litigated matters, and defending public entities such as cities, school districts, utility companies and transportation agencies. In this vein, she drafts and negotiates contracts, advises business owners, ensures compliance with applicable laws and regulations, in addition to litigating contract and business disputes, insurance claims (general liability, property and casualty), claims in defense of employment-related matters, claims of dangerous conditions of public property, and claims of liability stemming from the wrongful conduct or negligent acts of employees. These defenses range from roadway design, to the protocols and practices for ensures compliance with applicable rules and regulations, maintaining streets, sidewalks, and infrastructure, to urban forestry.
While Tiffiny’s practice focuses on public-entity defense, she has extensive experience in complex civil litigation, insurance defense, and investigating insurance fraud. Tiffiny is also a thought leader in the development and implementation of DEI programs and initiatives to attract, retain, and mentor diverse attorneys to promote the evolving need for a diverse legal community.

- Najarian, Artin et al v Burbank Athletic Club (fraud case with voluntary dismissal within weeks of trial)
- Mary Caggiano v. Kim, et al, Los Angeles Superior Court – Three week jury trial representing Defendants over angulated distal radius fracture ; premises liability; contested liability; Plaintiff asked for $700,000 at trial. Defense verdict after 45 minutes.
- Monique Young v. Council of Orange County Society of St. Vincent De Paul d/b/a Second Harvest Food Bank of Orange County (“Second Harvest Food Bank”), San Bernardino County Superior Court –Two week bench trial representing Plaintiff over Defendant food bank illegally dumping food waste over 4 acres of Plaintiff’s 40 acre parcel of land; contested liability; Plaintiff’s verdict after written closing arguments.
