Saed Atallah

Saed Atallah is an associate in Burke’s Los Angeles Office, and focuses on litigation.

With a strong foundation in legal research, drafting, and case preparation, Saed brings precision, analytical insight, and dedication to every aspect of his work. Before joining Burke, Saed gained valuable experience in Business Litigation. While in law school, he worked for two years at the University of California, Irvine Law Pro Bono clinic, where he honed his litigation skills and deepened his commitment to serving clients. During this time, he also contributed to UCI Law RAP on Trial, assisting with the research and publication of the Legal Guide, which addresses the prejudicial use of rap lyrics in criminal trials and has influenced both legislation and judicial practice. This work provided him with invaluable experience managing high-stakes projects and collaborating on impactful legal initiatives.

Outside of work, Saed enjoys playing sports, weightlifting, and trying out new restaurants.
