Deirdre Joan Cox to address Contra Costa County City Attorneys Association on CUPCCAA

Construction Law practice group co-chair and partner Deirdre Joan Cox will lead a ZOOM virtual presentation entitled “Understanding the Benefits of the California Uniform Public Construction Cost Accounting Act (CUPCCAA): Faster Project Delivery and Reduced Time, Effort, and Expense for Public Projects under $220,000.”  This videoconference discussion will take place on Thursday, March 6, 2025, from 12:15 pm to 12:45 pm PST during the March meeting of the Contra Costa County City Attorneys Association (CCCCAA) and is accredited for .5 hours of MCLE general credit by the State Bar of California.

Complimentary enrollment is open to attorneys and law firms that substantially represent public agencies. Registration can be completed by emailing Lori Myers at the City of Concord, lori.myers@cityofconcord.org before 12:00 pm PST on March 6.  A certificate of attendance will be electronically mailed to each RSVP’d attendee at the conclusion of the CCCCAA vitural meeting.  Each registered attendee will need to return a signed certificate of attendance with 15 days of this presentation to receive MCLE attendance credit per new State Bar MCLE rules.
